Cancellation Policy

1. The order can be cancelled up to a day before delivery/pickup date. We charge 10% cancellation charges in any kind of cancellation. 
2. Same day cancellation is not offered, no refund is made for the same.

Refund Process

1. Contact us at info@taikaaz.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.
2. Upon verification, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Opened or partially consumed items.
2. Orders placed on sale or during promotional periods.
